1.     Eligibility

– Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
– To be eligible, participants must follow both official accounts on Facebook and/or Instagram:
  @izlashopping and @izlahomes.
– Each €20 purchase at Izla Shopping equals one (1) entry.
– Each entry is represented by a unique ticket number.

2.     Participation Period

– Entries are accepted until Friday, 10 October.
– Entries received after this date will not be considered.

3.     Valid Entries List

Only entries that meet all participation requirements will be considered valid.
The final list of valid entries includes the following information:
– Sequential number
– Social Media Username
– Unique Ticket Number

The finalized list of valid entries will be kept on file by the organizer for transparency purposes.

4.     Draw Procedure

– The giveaway draw will take place on 20 December at 20:00 Greek Time (GMT+2)
– The winner will be selected using the online random number generator random.org.
– Each valid entry is assigned a sequential number in the official list of valid entries.
– The number generated by random.org corresponds exclusively to the sequential number of the entry in the final list of valid entries and not to the physical or printed raffle ticket number.
– The participant associated with the selected list number will be declared the winner.
– Physical raffle ticket numbers are used solely for internal identification and verification purposes and do not affect the outcome of the draw.

5.     Winner Announcement

– The winner will be announced via social media shortly after the draw.
– The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) calendar days from the date of the official announcement.
– If no response is received, a new draw will be conducted.

6.     General Conditions

– This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
– The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
– Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway.
– The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

Additional Terms Regarding the Winner

1. Prize Acceptance
   The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) calendar days from the date of the official announcement. If no confirmation is received within this period, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

1. Non-Transferability
   The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other service or benefit.
2. Prize Inclusions & Exclusions
   The prize includes accommodation only, for the specified dates. Travel expenses, meals, airport or port transfers, insurance, and any other personal expenses are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. Identification & Occupancy Rules
   The winner may be required to present valid identification upon arrival. The maximum occupancy of the villa is up to eight (8) persons and must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
4. Promotional Participation
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in short promotional photo and/or video recordings upon arrival and departure. The material may be used by the Organizer for promotional and marketing purposes (including website and social media) without additional compensation.
5. Conduct & Property Rules
   The winner and accompanying guests must respect the property rules and behave responsibly. Any damages caused during the stay are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Disqualification
   The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or provision of false or misleading information.
7. Force Majeure
   In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the travel dates or cancel the prize without any further obligation or liability.
